Ken's Report:
Chris,
I was looking at the new maps. It looks like Star is on Lake Shelbyville! My old fishing lake. Over the years we have camped there many times. Great place. It is south and east of Decatur, IL. Great fishing and lots of tall older trees. Sky is still on the river. Probably west of her location. Sky has spent a lot of time in the are near where the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers meet. Basically East of the St. Louis area in Illinois.

John Riches

Chris,
Star is the one to the west and Sky is to the east.

Chris

I will let Ken know.

Katy J

Saw not much happening at the nest this morning, so watched the 3 eaglets at Dale Hollow getting fed. Soon to be the scene at Arconic. What is the countdown now,7 days to first pip?

Katy J

O, I guess maybe more like 10 days to first pip.

Mavis

I just watched an egg roll but didn't see the eggs. I think the wind blew the TTV cam a little off focus of the nest. The Ides of March will be here in a week..wonder what the wind will be like then!

I hear the geese...

Lori

Hello everybody. Very windy here. Chance of severe weather this evening.

Carol C

It's getting darker out now. & really windy!
Went to Sunset Marina & was about 50 or more eagles still there all over the trees! Awesome just to sit & watch!!

RL ML

Real clear pictures and TTV back where it should be. Those are the necessities. Other features are just an add on. Thanks for all your concern for all of us.

Judith H

I just spotted one egg. With her head down in the bowl poking around, it looks like an egg.

Chris

Three eggs all lined up.

Carol C

Nice clear shot Chris. Sure do see 3 there!!

Mavis

When was that, Chris? Was it from Judy's video or did I miss that roll?

Chris

Mavis it is a screen shot I took.

Mavis

You sure did good, What is the time stamp?

Chris

I got the picture yesterday afternoon. No parent was on the nest when I took the picture. I could not post it yesterday and I have been busy today and just thought about it.

Judith H

Good shot Chris, nice and clear.

Mavis

You did good. Glad you thought of it.

The wind must be pretty strong, TTV view shows the nest swing in the breeze!

Mavis up to 40 mph winds & the storms later. Looks like she is ready to sleep. I'm sure she'll wake up later. SED everyone

Chris

Yikes they say we could get 60 mile an hour winds tonight. I hope it does not rock the cradle to much tonight.

Chris

Carol I am watching channel 8 what are you watching. 9-11 p.m. Straight line winds are what they are calling for.

Chris

10:30 this storm will cross the river from Iowa to Illinois.
